Update encryption key / Revoke read privileges

  1. The Admin generates a new set of encryption keys

  2. The Admin stores the encryption key in storage, encrypting it using PKUser. More information and details are provided in [SKB Distribution]arrow-up-right.

  3. Newly created messages are stored in a bucket. Readers can fetch and use the new encryption key.

  4. The Admin updates the bucket PKB record. Contributors use the new PKB to encrypt future contributions.
